Culture Counts is a cloud-based software platform that can be used for assessing a wide range of places that people live, work, shop, recreate and interact.

The system captures feedback from the public, peer assessors and self-assessors on the quality of places and the impact on those who visit them. It’s being used to assess a wide range of places including waterfront precincts, university campuses and city centres.

Alongside the easy-to-use software platform, Culture Counts provides expert consulting and reporting services to assist organisations to interpret and use data in a range of effective ways. This includes aligning the metrics with organisations’ strategic plans, to measure and understand the extent to which their key objectives are being achieved. Using standard metrics allows results to be compared to benchmarks and performance to be tracked over time.
