How it works
Culture Counts uses a two-pronged approach, combining aggregated, anonymised Wi-Fi signal data with photographic verification. The signal data monitors crowd activity as your event unfolds, while density photography or videography establishes a baseline at key moments.
We utilise this baseline to establish a person-to-signal ratio, enabling us to analyse the Wi-Fi signal data and estimate the number of visitors during the entire event period.
This figure can be utilised in situations where ticketing is not available. We can combine the results from our analysis in a report with other data collected by Culture Counts for a comprehensive impact report.
