Setting up your account

Once you have been contacted by Culture Counts, we request that you nominate a single email address that will be associated with your Culture Counts platform login. We recommend using a generic or shared email address that can be accessed by multiple staff members in case you ever need to reset your password (e.g. marketing@organisation.com).

Culture Counts will then create and send through your login details. Once your account has been set up, you will be able to manage your own user account and add additional seats. You can read about how to do this here.

Please skip this step if you already have an active Culture Counts account.

OMI participants can include multiple staff members in meetings and training sessions, however you must provide one primary contact who will receive all key communications. If you would like to change your primary contact or nominate a secondary contact, please contact your existing Client Manager, or contact us via client.team@culturecounts.cc.
