Requirements

Culture Counts has created a survey template which aligns with OMI’s strategic objectives. As part of your funding requirements, you must use this template to collect feedback from your event.

The template includes the following:

Demographics
Dimension statements – sliding scale questions that measure the social, cultural and community impact of the event
Experiential questions – overall experience, likelihood to recommend to friends
Marketing
Economic impact questions – this question set allows Culture Counts to calculate the income generated by your event, benefitting the local economy

This template will be shared with your login, and a Culture Counts team member will assist you in setting up the survey for your event. You can also discuss any updates to the survey with your assigned team member.
