Our latest survey platform enhancement is the introduction of a new question type – Experience Questions. The feature allows you to easily select and standardise questions about patron experience to your survey. Just like dimension questions, Experience Questions can be compared across projects or organisations.
There are currently two Experience Questions available:
- Net Promoter Score: How likely is it that you would recommend this event to a friend or colleague?
- Overall Experience: How would you rate your experience overall?
