In December, we introduced a new collection of survey templates to the Culture Counts Evaluation Platform, making it even easier to gather useful feedback and evaluate activities.
The new Respondent Templates are designed to gather feedback from specific stakeholder groups involved in an event, program, or service, such as artists, membership holders, and local businesses.
These templates work alongside our existing Event Templates, which are ideal for collecting broad feedback from public attendees and measuring overall event performance using standardised questions and metrics.
By combining Respondent and Event Templates, you can build a comprehensive evaluation plan for your program that gathers feedback from those who not only experience the work, but help make it too! This approach makes gathering stakeholder insights alongside general audience feedback even easier for user, promoting a holistic perspective of your events, programs, or organisation.
We have made the following templates available for users:
- Partner/Sponsor: gather feedback from organisations that have contributed financially via grants or sponsorship.
- Volunteer: gather feedback on those who volunteered at an event and/or assisted with the delivery of a service.
- Staff/Crew: for internal surveying after an event/program.
- Business/Trader: gather feedback from businesses in the local area and understand the greater impact of an event outside of those directly involved
- Donor: gather feedback from financial contributors, such as members of the general public who donate to an organisation.
- Member: an annual survey that can be emailed to your membership database.
- Artist/Creatives: gather valuable feedback from artists, performers and other creative collaborators involved in the delivery of a program.
Building a new survey from an existing template is a great way to the reduce time and effort required to undertake evaluation. Users can simply select ‘new evaluation’ or ‘new survey to get started!
