Evaluating your online programs – survey templates

If your organisation is moving current or future programming to online delivery, you can still evaluate the impact of these activities against your organisation’s overall strategic objectives.

Adjusting your current or future programming to online delivery doesn’t mean you’ll also have to drastically change your current evaluation methods. Here are some tips to get you started.

Continue with your pre-existing survey templates
Adjusting your current or future programming to online delivery doesn’t mean you’ll also have to drastically change your current evaluation methods. Your organisation’s survey templates will still be applicable – and ideally should remain as consistent as possible that you’ll be able to directly compare audience feedback pre, during and post COVID-19.

Keep using your core set of dimensions
If you’ve already strategically established your core set of dimensions be sure to continue using these in evaluations of your online programming. Remember that your organisation’s overall vision and mission hasn’t changed, neither has the ‘big picture goals’ or the essence of why your organisation does what it does. If anything, it has only become all-the-more crucial to continue evaluating your programs against these strategic goals.
