The Demographics and Use Insights show the library’s overall statistics in terms of program engagement, attendance, use of facilities and demographics.
Detail
Respondents are asked about their frequency of library use, whether they engaged with library facilities, services and events; and several questions about their demographics and identity. This helps libraries to understand the communities they serve, filter usage by demographics, identify links between use and outcomes, and identify gaps in their reach and opportunities for broader and deeper engagement.
